Decree No. 1609 of 1986 to make provision for temporary licensing of fishing with rotating seine.

Without a permit of the Director of Fisheries no fishing vessel of a total length exceeding 27,5 meters shall fish with rotating seine. Except in circumstances to be established by the Director of Fisheries, such permit shall be given only to vessels which have been engaged in fishing and have landed fish in 1984 and 1985 and the first half year of 1986. The permit is attached to a specified vessel and a specified legal or natural person. (4 sections)
