Abstract
This Decree limits the right of fishermen that are not registered in the fishermen's census to fish for cod, lumpfish, mackerel and red king crabs. They may not do so during a close season for commercial fishing with commercial gear. Fishing for household consumption is allowed. Specific restrictions are placed on the fishing for each fish species, i.e. cod, lumpfish, mackerel and red king crabs. These restrictions have regard to quantities that may be caught (cod), use of gear (mackerel) or fishing areas (lumpfish and red king crabs).
