Abstract
This Decree provides rules for safe navigation in specified coastal waters. The aim of the Decree is to reduce the risk of maritime accidents. Some rules also apply to fishing vessels in specified waters. The rules concern, among other things: authorization of use of certain waters; anchoring; reporting; restrictions on navigation.
