Decree No. 1878 of 1984 carrying into effect of provision concerning unification of properties within wildlife areas in the sense of section 37 of the Wildlife Act.

This Decree concerns the unification of hunting grounds on the land of several landowners though agreement. The local Wildlife Office may summon owners of land on which hunting rights are established for a meeting under the supervision of the Office. The meeting shall decide on the unification of hunting grounds as foreseen by 37 of the Wildlife Act. A set of common rules for the unified hunting grounds shall be adopted. If the hunting grounds are lying in more than one municipality, the unification process shall be led by the Wildlife Office of the municipality that holds the largest hunting ground that participates in the unification.
