Decree No. 454 of 2003 relative to new distribution of concessions for the breeding of salmon and trout which have not been assigned in 2002.

This Decree concerns allocation of concessions for the breeding of edible fish, salmon and trout in the areas of Rogaland, Finnmark, Moere and Romsdal. Concessions shall be granted on the basis of criteria laid down in Decree No. 686 of 2002.
