Abstract
This Decree prescribes that the provisions of Royal Decree of 21 March 1969 shall not apply to the hunting or killing of seals on the Norwegian coast and that catching or killing of seals for in relation with tourist expeditions requires a permit of the Department of Fisheries. (3 sections)
