Decree No. 6 of 2000 of relative to documentation of catch of patagonic dentex (Dissostichus spp).

The Decree applies to fishing for the species Dissostichus in waters administered by the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR), and waters outside of any State's fishery jurisdiction. It introduces a duty to notify catch at landing or transhipment in a specified form to the Directorate of Fisheries by Norwegian vessels. Data includes weight and catch specified by statistics area, product type, FAO statistics sub-areas, etc.
