Decree No. 681 of 2010 relative to a register for the storage of electronic information on catch and activities of fishing and hunting vessels.

This Decree allows the Directorate of Fisheries to keep a register for the storage of information on catch and activities of fishing and hunting vessels as collected in accordance with the Decree relative to position reporting and electronic reporting of Norwegian fishing and hunting vessels. Data that can be registered may include identification and position information and catch and other activities information. The Decree also concerns possible use of registered data.
