Abstract
This Decree of the Department of Fisheries and Coast Protection concerns satellite and electronic control of fishing and related activities by Norwegian commercial fishing and whaling vessels wherever they are. The Regulations prescribe requirements regarding the electronic reporting and positioning equipment vessels must have aboard and sets out rules relating to regular reporting to the Directorate of Fisheries. The reporting shall also include information on catch and port arrival.
