Abstract
This Regulation provides for the granting of financial compensations to owners of animals that remain killed or hurt by wild animals as defined in article 2. Article 4 outlines the conditions for the approval of granting such compensation. Articles 7 and 8 concern the control of actual damage whereas articles 10 to 13 concern calculation of compensation and other matters regarding the handling of requests for compensation.
