Decree No. 808 of 1989 relative to measurement of volumes in fish farming installations.

This Decree empowers the director of Fisheries to carry out measurement of water volumes of installations for the farming of fish for consumption and for parent fish and lays down rules for such measurement. The measurement is carried out for purposes of the Fish Breeding Act of 1985. All production units used for the breeding of fish shall be included in the measurement of the installation, except those listed in the second comma (sect. 4). Section 5 prescribes rule relative to the actual measuring. (8 sections)
