Abstract
This Decree defines the right to sell reindeers that are not marked and thus not identifiable. Reindeers not marked by an owner and thus unidentifiable shall be sold to the benefit of the community of reindeer keepers. As a rule, the reindeers shall be sold for slaughtering but they also may be sold to be kept as living animals. The District Council shall issue further rules in this respect.
