Abstract
This Decree prohibits the importation of small livestock animals and cattle raised in Albania, Macedonia and Serbia and Montenegro and of embryos or seed of such animals so as to prevent the spreading in Norway of Bluetongue. Exempted from the prohibitions are animals in transit though the countries mentioned if it can be established without doubt that no danger of infection exists.
