Abstract
This Decree lays down rules relative to composition and labelling of cacao and chocolate products that are offered for sale: general provisions (art. 2), use of vegetable fats and cacao butter (art. 3), labelling (art. 4); special labelling provisions (art. 5); quality indications (art. 6), control and measures (art. 7), exemptions (art. 8), penalties (art. 9), transitional provisions (art. 10), entry into force (art. 11). Schedules: specific requirements for the composition of chocolate products (I); Criteria for other vegetable substances (II).
