Abstract
This Decree specifies catch quotas for Paralithodes camtschaticus for Norwegian vessels operating in regulated fishing areas. Catch quotas are specified for vessels, the owner is registered in part A (part-time fishermen) or part B (full-time fishermen) of the Fisheries Census. It is possible, within a certain time limit, to change position from part A to part B of the Fishermen Census.
