Abstract
This Decree lists diseases that affect animals that are within the application sphere of provisions of the new Food Act. The diseases are classified as A-, B-, C- and D- diseases. The Decree also delegates authority the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Justice. The Department of Agriculture may amend the list and shall have all powers assigned in the Act to the Department . The Department of Justice shall be granted the powers of section 10 of the Food Act.
