Abstract
This Decree prohibits the use of remainders of food in a household to be used for hoofed animals belonging to the household. Exempted from this prohibition is waste treated in accordance with Decree No. 3 of 1979 relative to the sterilization of waste used as animal feed. The aim of the Decree is to prevent the spreading of foot and mouth disease among hoofed animals.
