Abstract
This Decree prohibits the return of registered horses of Venezuela or Colombia in Norway after temporary exportation of such horses. The aim of this Decree is to prevent the spreading of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis in relation with movement of horses to and back from Venezuela and Colombia.
