Abstract
This Decree concerns licences for the commercial farming of livestock. No permission from the Department of Agriculture is required for breeding of pigs and poultry which remains within the limits outlined in section 1. Section 2 defines various animals for the purpose of calculating the size of production. All breeding which is larger than the size limits outlined in section 1 and various other breeding activities listed in section 3 are subject to licence. Applications for licences shall contain the information outlined in section 5. Section 6 prescribes criteria for the granting of livestock licences in accordance with section 3 of the principal Act. Remaining provisions concern inspection and other powers of enforcement. (10 sections)
