Abstract
The 20 sections of this Decree of Department of the Environment are placed under the following Headings: General (sects. 1-4); Small game and hunting (sects. 5-6); Elks and deer (sects. 7-12); Wild reindeers (sect. 13); Roe-deer, beaver, and lynx hunting (sect. 14); Decisional powers of the Directorate of State Forests (sect. 15); Appeal against decisions of the Directorate of State Forests (sect. 17); Directives and exemptions (sect. 18); Penalties (sect. 19); Entry into force (sect. 20).
This Decree concerns the administration of wildlife and specifically hunting for deer, elks, beavers, and lynxes on land owned by the State other than State common lands. The Directorate of State Forests shall be charged with this task.
