Decree relative to delegation of authority to the Department of Coastal Affairs to take certain measures pursuant the new Act relative to navigable waters and ports (No. 2057 of 1984).

This Decree of the Department of Fisheries empowers the Department of Coastal Affairs to exercise the powers relative to the granting of permits for the laying of submarine cables, the approval of construction of works outside of maritime districts, the removal of wrecks, and approval of the use of lights pursuant to sections 6, 7, first comma, and 18 of Act No. 51 of 1984.
