Abstract
This Decree of the Department of Fisheries empowers the Department of Coastal Affairs to exercise the powers relative to the granting of permits for the laying of submarine cables, the approval of construction of works outside of maritime districts, the removal of wrecks, and approval of the use of lights pursuant to sections 6, 7, first comma, and 18 of Act No. 51 of 1984.
