Decree relative to delegation of authority pursuant to the Act relative to quality control of fish and fish products.

This Decree empowers the Department of Fisheries to issue regulations pursuant to sections 2-5, 8 and 9 of the Act relative to quality control of fish and fish products of 1959. The Department is also empowered to revoke the provisions mentioned in section 12. The provisions of the Act shall also apply to "catch products" i.e. products of marine mammals, being principally seals and whales.
