Decree relative the granting of licences for fish farming installations which were established by the temporary Act No. 48 of 8 June 1973 (No. 566 of 1986).

This Decree applies to installations for farming of salmon, trout, and rainbow trout in establishments for the farming of edible fish, the hatching of roe and the production of hatchery-produced fish for stocking, which were not under an obligation of licence under temporary Act No. 48 of 1973. The Director of Fisheries shall grant permits to establishments which have been operating regularly in the period from 8 June 1973 until 30 September 1983. The Director may also grant exemptions and establish conditions attached to the licence. (6 sections)
