Abstract
The Department of Agriculture shall decide which plant pests and diseases shall be included under the Plant Diseases Act. These diseases shall be included in the so-called A and B lists. Dangerous plant diseases and pests shall be included in a "A" list and other "important" diseases and pests shall be included in the B list. STIL, the State Plant Inspection Office shall be responsible for supervision over the measures to prevent limit the spreading of infectious diseases and pest with the assistance of the county agricultural offices and the State Plant protection Office. Plants and parts of plants which are infected with diseases included in the "A" list shall not be used for propagation or sold. Other provisions deal with possible additional measures which may be adopted by the Plant Protection Office, publication of measures, and notification of occurence of diseases. (11 sections)
