Abstract
In order to prevent spreading of the disease furunculosis affecting fish, this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry establishes zones which include all land and water areas within the baseline. Fish which has been reared or caught in such shall not be sold and transported, released, etc.in or to other areas without the permission of the county veterinarian of the receiving area. This health official may also attach conditions to such permission. Section 4 places restrictions on the transport of living freshwater fish. (6 sections)
