Delegation of authority to the Department of Fisheries pursuant to the Act relative to navigable waters and ports.

The Department of Fisheries is given authority to regulate the use of delimited inland waters for purposes of public security, protection of the environment, and reasons of navigation pursuant to section 6 of the Act relative to navigable waters and ports.
