Directive No. 690 of 1998 to regulate granting of licenses, sailing and reporting back to port in summer fishing for capelin in the economic zone of Iceland in 1998.

This directive contains miscellaneous instructions relative to fishing for capelin by Norwegian vessels in the economic zone of Iceland: ranking of vessels and notification of licence ranking order; notification of release of 30 licences by Iceland; release of licence to Norwegian vessels; notification to the Norwegian coast guard by licensed vessels regarding entry in and exit from the zone; landing of catch in Iceland, etc.
