Abstract
This Regulation sets guidelines on the use of a template when navigating waters and ports, provided in accordance with the enclosed model in Annex 1. Municipalities shall use the template without approval of the Norwegian Coastal Administration (NCA) headquarters. Amendments to these documents may be undertaken by municipalities within 1 january 2016. The purpose of this is to ensure safeguarding and efficient port operations, as well as to ensure proper management of the waters.
