Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to implement the Food Act within the scope of the amendments to the EEA Agreement, Annex I, Chapter I, II and III, Annex II, Chapter XII, XIII, XIV, XV and XXVII, Annex XX, Chapter II and Protocol 47 pursuant to Agreement No. 5 of 11 April 2014 for the Republic of Croatia in the European Economic Area (EEA Enlargement Agreement for Croatia). This Regulation shall - in case of conflict - take precedence on other regulations issued pursuant to the Food Act and on provisions of the Food Act to fulfill Norway's obligations under the Agreement, as amended by the EEA Enlargement Agreement for Croatia. The amendmend of status shall ensure Croatia to be considered as a state within the EEA. This also applies to regulations which Croatia listed as third country.
