Abstract
Purpose of this Regulation is to reduce and control the incidence of lice on fish in aquaculture and wild salmon (copepodid and chalimus lice, copepods of the genus Lepeophtheirus salmonis) where treatments for control do not include cleaner-fish (Aspidontus and Plagiotremus). Plans for implementation of coordinated treatments in spring 2013 must be submitted to the Authority latest 15 February 2013. Threshold is set to a maximum of 0.5 adult female sea lice present for each fish.
