Regulation No. 1202 amending Order on subsidy for breeding.

The Regulation partly amends Regulation No. 1227, in particular article 3 - whereby the new guidelines ensure that subsidies may be granted to commercial entities driving common agricultural commodities, if the activity is duly registered in the national business register in adherence to Act No. 58 of 19 December 2009, and able to reach a definite turnover pursuant to article 15-4 of the Sami Act. Grants under this Regulation may only be granted where breeding is of at least 15 years and not having business income from the commercial entity.
