Abstract
This Regulation grants the Governor of Svalbard the power to supervise and make decisions in accordance with Section 23 of the Food Act regarding supervision and decisions, and to make decisions pursuant to Section 24 on specific infection control measures, Section 25 on closure and operational quarantine, and Section 26 on coercive fines. The supervision shall be carried out and the decisions made in consultation with the regional Norwegian Food Safety Authority for Troms and Finnmark.
