Regulation No. 1287 on geographical scope expansion of the Act on ports and waterways.

This Regulation enforces the expansion of geographical area so that it also applies in the Economic Zone. Purpose of such expansion is to ensure the proper use of territorial, internal waters and harbours of Norway and to ensure safe navigation therein - with particular reference to fishery and acquaculture activities.
