Abstract
The present Regulation lays down rules on the authority of municipalities under the Pollution Control Act. Municipalities may grant permits under Article 11 of the Pollution Control Act for activities that may result in pollution in the following areas: a. Noise and dust from motor racing tracks; b. Noise from civilian shooting ranges; and c. Noise from wind turbines.
