Regulation No. 1569 on fishing for blue whiting in 2014.

Abstract
It is illegal for Norwegian vessels to fish and land blue whiting in 2014 with the exception for the participation of fishing and landing 190 000 tons of blue whiting (of which 1 500 tons of bycatch) in the Norwegian territorial waters, the economic zone, the fishery zone around Jan Mayen, the fishery protection zone around Svalbard and in international waters. Over- or under-fishing up to 10% in 2013 shall be charged or credited to the equivalent of group quota equivalent in 2014. Group quota for blue whiting trawl vessels are authorized to fishing and landing of up to 147 030 tons in the same waters and areas while group quota for vessels with pelagic trawl are authorized to 41 470 tons.
