Regulation No. 18 on quota factors in Norwegian spring-spawning herring fishing in 2015.

Abstract
This Regulation sets calculating quotas for Norwegian spring-spawning herring in 2015. Fishing vessels equipped with purse seine license (in adherence to article 4-1 of Licensing Regulation No. 1157 of 13 October 2006) shall adopt factor 1.65. When calculating quota for vessels authorized to fish for Norwegian spring-spawning herring by trawling (art. 2-20 of Concession Regulation), the factor applied shall be of 0.91.
