Abstract
This Regulation applies to exchange quotas of capelin in Greenland, Iceland and Jan Mayen and capelin in the Barents Sea between two vessels with purse seine license in adherence to Chapter 4 of Regulation No. 1157, and exchange fishing quotas of capelin in the Barents Sea and blue whiting between two vessels with pelagic trawl permit under articles 2-6 of same Regulation. Conditions for exchange quotas requires that both vessel owners have notified the Directorate of Fisheries prior to exchanged quota and no later than 25 January 2015. Exchanged quota between two vessels may occur provided one vessel is authorized to fish both vessels' quotas in adherence to Regulations of fishing for capelin in the Barents Sea in 2015 and that the second vessel may fish both vessels' quotas in adherence to Regulations on fishing for capelin in Greenland, Iceland and Jan Mayen in 2014-2015. It is not possible for a vessel to fish quota which has already been exchanged.
