Abstract
The present Regulation lays down rules concerning hunting for coastal seals in the year 2023. It prohibits hunting for seals in the Norwegian coast and establishes quotas and hunting areas for persons that hold an authorization for seal hunting under Regulation No. 1745 of 2009.
