Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to prevent sale of feed and foodstuffs originating in or exported from China containing unapproved genetically modified rice. Each shipment of rice products from China must be accompanied by an analysis report and a health certificate signed and verified by the Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ). A model analysis report and health certificate is included in the attached Annex III and IV. The report including information on inspection results should be sent to the European Commission during the month following each quarter: April, July, October and January.
