Abstract
The Act applies to animal keeping and the traceability of swine under marking, registration and documentation when transporting swine. The Regulation sets regulations with regard to the requirements of marking (or tatoo) and registration thereof. Ear marking are applied to the animals in order to classify their identity, provenience and health status. Information shall then be registered prior to the animal transportation.
