Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to create economic frameworks to promote the wildlife management in municipalities and counties. Municipalities and Counties where there is hunting access for elk and deer shall establish a Wildlife Fund. In other municipalities a Wildlife Fund may be established in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.
