Abstract
The Regulation applies to 2012 fishing of Greenlandic halibut North of 62°N in 2012. It enforces cessation of such fishing activities to vessels measuring under 28 meters and with conventional fishing gear. The cessation shall take effect on 7 August 2012 at 23:59.
