Abstract
This Regulation amends certain guidelines with regard to Regulation No. 1131 (implementation of articles of the Marine Living Natural Resources Act for legal reference implementation) as well as to Regulation No. 232 with regard to requirement of residence for vessel crew for fishing authorization.
