Abstract
This Decree declares provisions of Chapters V and VI of the Marine Fisheries Act of 1983 to apply to fishing in the territorial and inner waters of Svalbard. The Chapters of the Act provide for rules relative to navigation and the use of gear on fishing grounds and the stowage of gear. (2 sections)
