Abstract
The present Regulation lays down sales promotion measures for apples consisting in grants for factory delivery of class I apples, which are intended to help producers achieve the current target price set in the agricultural agreement (jordbruksavtalen). The Council of Fruits and Vegetables Producers determines each year, by September 5th, which apple varieties are eligible for factory grants.
