Abstract
The Regulation partly amends the quota system of milk production of Regulation No. 1502. Calculated allowance for milk quota for single agricultural property may not exceed 900 000 liters. Quota for milk is regulated by the Directorate of Agriculture and deadline for application for sale of land quota is 1 August. For other changes in quota the deadline is 1 October. Changes must be approved by Directorate of Agriculture and shall have effect from the following quota year.

Repeal of article 4 and changes in art. 8, section 1 enter into force on 1 July 2014. Additional amendments shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.
