Abstract
The present Regulation governs the management of waste in Norway, focusing on recycling, treatment, and handling. It aims to reduce waste production, promote recycling and recovery, and ensure environmentally sound waste management practices. The Regulation covers waste management activities, including the recycling, treatment, and disposal of waste. It applies to all types of waste, including municipal and industrial waste.
The Regulation contains the following chapters: 1. Discarded Electrical and Electronic Products; 2. Municipal Responsibilities for Small Recreational Boats; 3. Discarded Batteries; 4.
