Abstract
The Regulation sets guidelines for mackerel fishing by yarn or string fishing. Cessation of such fishing shall commence from 29 September 2012 at 09:00. Deadline for registration of catch is 29 September 2012 at 10:00. Deadline for registration of catch shall be no later than 29 September 2012 at 19:00. Failure to comply with this Regulation shall be penalized in pursue of articles 60, 64 and 65 of Marine Living Resources Act No. 37.
