Abstract
This Regulation generally prohibits Norwegian vessels to fish and land fish and shrimp in Greenland's economic zone, NAFO area 1 and ICES statistical areas 5a, 12 and 14 outside the jurisdiction of any state in 2019. However, the Regulation specifies group and single vessel quotas of redfish, greenland halibut, cod, etc. that may be caught in specified areas. The Regulation also specifies fishing seasons and percentages of bycatch. Vessel quotas can be altered or revoked if requires for a rational pursuit of fishing. The fisheries will be stopped when the total calculated quotas are caught.
