Abstract
This Regulation is issued to secure the carrying out of tasks prescribed by the following food laws: the Act relative to the control of food, etc.; the Act relative to the control of quality of fish and fish products; the Act relative to the control of quality of agricultural products; and the Act relative to meat production. Section 4 introduces an obligation to establish and to carry through an internal control system for those entities which shall meet standards of food quality and hygiene prescribed by provisions of the Acts specified. Section 5 specifies the contents of control procedures and section 5a concerns the identification of critical control points. Control authorities appointed under the Acts specified shall also be charged with the monitoring of compliance with provisions of the present Regulation (11 sections)
